ILC Internationalization Coordinator (Ichinoseki City ILC Promotion Division)
I was raised in Australia but I always wanted to keep in touch with my Japanese roots (my mother is Japanese). I was working in the beautiful port town of Kesennuma when I heard about the International Linear Collider (ILC). After my contract was up, I started my job as the Internationalization Coordinator for Ichinoseki City for the ILC division. Iwate is a very comfortable place to live with many undiscovered tourism opportunities. Coupled with serene natural beauty and very well-kept roads, Iwate is by far my favorite prefecture for road trips!
