To get to Iwate University, you can take a bus from Morioka Station or Morioka Bus Center. Look for the buses leaving from bus stop #11. You can ride either “For Matsuzono Bus Terminal (松園バスターミナル行き)” or “For Sakuradai Danchi (桜台団地行き)”. Get off at the “Iwate University (岩手大学前)” stop.

Details

This is the 9th such seminar on accelerator science, and the first being held this year. The theme will be “Making and Using Beamlines” and it will be a seminar on the beamlines that are necessary for the ILC and synchrotron radiation research.
